WBT… About connecting to your inner world to manifest big things out in the world.

Since we’ve established that we’re all going to take the rest of January to relax, reflect, and go within (right?!?), here are some prompts to help you do that!

These journal prompts will guide you to reflect on where you’ve come from so you can align your energy and intentions with where you want to go in 2022. (Or whatever month, season, or year we’re entering into as you read this!)

One word of advice (okay, two!):

First, I highly recommend starting your journal sesh with a quick meditation to call all your energy back into your body. It’s incredible how much energy we’ve got stuck in the past, future, or worrying about someone or something we have no control over. So, check in with you! Breathe and re-energize in the here and now. That will help open your heart and really allow your soul to speak through your journaling session.

My second bit of advice is to let go of big attachments to the specifics of what you want to manifest in the future. Instead, as you journal, get curious about what possibilities are out there that you haven’t even imagined yet! Sometimes we get so attached to a specific outcome, we miss out on what could be.

  1. What are one to three big lessons I am grateful to have learned in the last year?

  2. How can I cultivate more presence this year?

  3. What am I ready to create more of in my life this year? What am I willing to let go of to create the space needed for that?

  4. Who am I in this exciting new year? In a present-tense, positive statement (just a short sentence or two) describe exactly who you are going to be this year.
