WBT… About self-love: the gift that keeps on giving.
Last week we talked about “doing” less so that you can “be” more. How did that go?
This week we’re sharing some specific ideas just in case you struggled with the actual execution. We’re giving you some love by making it practical for you!
Now before we get into it, we both know that giving is a wonderful thing. It’s a feel-good act for both the giver and the receiver. So, just imagine how it feels when you’re both the gifter and the getter?! Amazing, right?
Just choose the ones that are right for you!
Candlelight, essential oils and soul soothing music - create some ambience and set the stage for peace and joy for yourself as soon as the night falls.
Book, blanket, bevvie - an evening with yourself.
Journal time - write down what you love about your life, the people in it, where you live, who you are.
Create - try something new or do what you already know you love: write, paint, bake, decorate, or make something inspired.
Be love - let it all go, breathe through resistance with compassion and be the light.
I hope that one or all of those hit right for you and that you clear your calendar and open your heart to yourself for some big love.
